Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Animal Puzzle. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you are not able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law, your parent or guardian should review and authorize your use and any purchase.

1. Use of the game

You may use the game for personal entertainment subject to applicable law and the store’s terms. Content remains subject to applicable intellectual-property rights; access does not transfer ownership of artwork or software. Do not interfere with service operation, falsify purchase records or use the game unlawfully. Nothing here limits uses that applicable law expressly permits.

2. Optional purchases

The catalog contains one total pack covering 12 themes and 504 puzzles, and 12 theme packs with 42 puzzles each. These are one-time, non-consumable unlocks, not subscriptions. Purchasing a total pack includes the theme packs; buying theme packs separately does not automatically discount or refund a later total-pack purchase. Review the product and final store price before confirming. Currency, tax, availability and price are controlled by the store offer shown to you; there is no guaranteed discount.

Google Play or the Apple App Store handles purchase authorization and payment, depending on the platform you use. A canceled, failed, unapproved or unverified purchase does not grant access. Access is recorded after valid purchase verification. Restoration requires the appropriate store account, store connectivity and an eligible purchase record; purchases are not automatically transferable between different store accounts or between Google Play and the Apple App Store. Local progress may be lost when app data is removed. Store outages or validation errors can delay restoration.

3. Refunds and support

Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and the refund process of the store through which you made the purchase. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights. 4. Availability, changes and responsibility

Compatibility depends on your device and store services. Features may be updated to maintain the game, correct defects or meet requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that progress survives every device failure. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to losses reasonably attributable to breach of these terms; nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not select a jurisdiction or override protections that apply where you live.

5. Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy describes local records and provider handling. Parents or guardians should manage purchases made by children. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. For questions, email support@cctik.com.
